When the machine arrived I could not get it to work so I got a grump on . After a visit to my daughters she put me right about the different=size capsules so I bought the right ones and the machine is my best friend!! Also the owner of the business, Ross, was brilliant ,very accomodating. They even sent me another machine as a replacement so I bought that one as well. Grandaughters Christmas present!
