This product is exactly as described. Its perfect and so easy to use. The best design ever to attach items to hollow walls and at a brilliant price too. Delivery was the sellers sticking point. Delivery was 6 days beyond the expected delivery date. Royal Mail problem not sellers. However, this seller has a serious problem with communicating and replying to customers messages. It doesn't happen, only when Ebay gets involved! Shouldn't be the case. Can't fault the product though.

There was a problem with the ring surveillance stickers when I finally received them. 1 was missing from the pack, I ordered 4 but received 3.
The quality of the product was not very good and appeared cheaply made. I am concerned they would not withstand long term use.
I contacted the seller who were excellent at resolving this issue and gave me a full refund.
The seller showed great customer service & their response & solution to my complaint. I will recommend the seller, but not the product.
