Parcel arrived on time, well packed and addressed. The notepad has three clamps to hold the paper down. One of these immediately came away from its mounting, leaving only two. I asked the seller for a refund. He offered me a full refund of £17.98, which I accepted. He said I need not return the notepad, so a good result.
