Although I originally received the wrong item by mistake, the seller's communication was excellent & immediately resent the correct item (no haggling etc like some sellers) Arrived quickly in suction packaging to keep price down so had to carefully bend back into shape which was fine. These 10 pieces of faux eucalyptus stems were probably the cheapest on ebay so I'm very pleased with the quality, price, customer service & overall experience. Lovely item. Great seller. Many thanks

These people are really genuine seller's they said there was a delay with my order (garden furniture cover) but it actually took less than 5 days 2 arrive it was polite of them 2 tell me it maybe delayed once arrived it was really good value 4 money I paid a lot more last year 4 the same 1 it's of good quality I can highly recommend this seller they go above and beyond 4 there customers I've saved seller as I'm sure I'll be purchasing from them again as there customer service is second 2 none
