Within minutes of it arriving it was on my wrist and looked fabulous. The display is crystal clear and it is so simple sliding up and down or left to right to access the functions. So far it is working very well. I hope it lasts longer than the last Blackview watch I had. My main regret is that it doesn't have a swim program although it has pretty much every other sport covered. It has a good big screen and is comfortable to wear.

Customer service was spot on. Description notes "blood pressure" feature. Product I received does not have that feature, so notified seller & was granted a 30% refund. I was disappointed refund wasn't more, but since the product was fairly inexpensive to start with & all the other features work great, I went ahead & accepted the 30% refund & ordered a completely different one. Gave this one to my kid. Shipping time took 10 days. Product appears NEW. PS.... Love the find phone feature!

I do not recommend buying from this seller. I received the package. The watch in the box is not the one in the description and the pictures. The box has a sticker that says it is R3pro, but the watch is inside the box that is R3, and there is a difference in price and technology. It is a trick to bring buyers . and in the box, there is no extra band, as in the videos reviews, so I think that the product is fake and not the original one. And this is a scam
