    Expensive fix.

    Great product, BUT why do we have to buy the whole base plate instead of just the velcro pad..A cheaper brand of SANDER could be purchased at a similar price.! At least it's working again.

    a lot cheaper than a new sander

    My sander plate broke and i was about to buy a new sander when i did a search online and found you could buy replacement plates. It was an easy fix and has saved me money as there was nothing else wrong with the sander.
