This is dangerous, because the EPS and PCIe power connectors have their polarity reversed. But aside from that, they can be used for the advertised purpose so... I guess it will be fine?

Items arrived a bit later - since eBay bugged me again and again to rate the item, I felt urged to claim a refund - got the money back at once - a week later the item arrived, so I contacted vendor to ask how to send him the refund back - communication was quick and very pleasant.
