    LOADED WEAPON IS LOADED WITH LAUGHS!

    Anyone who has seen the Lethal Weapon movies with Mel Gibson and Danny Glover will get a kick out of this sendup of those movies. Emilio Estevez plays the Gibson part, and Samuel L. Jackson the Glover. Estevez is a bit on the crazy side when hus beloved partner, Clare, was killed. Clare is a dog! Jackson is just days away from retirement when his partner, Billie (Whoopi Goldberg) is killed. The two team up to try to find out who was responsible for the deaths of their partners. Since this is a National Lampoon movie, you can bet the jokes come fast and furious (no relation to that series!). You will note the title reads Loaded Weapon 1. There were plans to make a sequel but unfortunately, the movie did not fare well at the box office.

    Lethal Weapon Parody

    Somehow I never heard of this movie and stumbled across a couple of hilarious scenes on Youtube. It's not as slapstick as the Naked Gun series and has an amazing amount of big name actors/actresses in cameo roles. It's a riot and parodies the Lethal Weapon series so well.
