Ordered on February 28th and did not receive til March 14. The item came packaged in bubble wrap seemed like it was fully protected but when taking item out it was all wasted out in a soggy box. I didn’t even open it to see what was left. I immediately contacted seller. 1st they offered $30 compensation i let them know it was a gift and I’m unable to do anything with it i want to return for a new one or refund. They offered $69 compensation again i want my money back or a new one
