After 10 days the seller emailed to apologise for not sending the boots, promising to do so within two days.
Several days passed and I chased for an update, again receiving an apology and a promise they would send them using next day delivery.
The seller then stopped responding to emails and I had to ask eBay to refund the purchase.
To add insult to injury, the listing had promised Royal Mail special delivery which cost £11!
