Came quick. Item OK. I've been trying out different things to help with plantar fasciitis. I'd give this a 2 out of 10. Other stuff out there that has better results. As the rollers can stick and it's just too small . It also needs to be alittle curved to get better results . Just doing calf raises every morning helps little. But Dr sholl insoles are the way forward for short term relief walking . Been a postman these was great

they sent the wrong item. the description was black rose and i paid extra for the black but it came as the cheaper red one disappointing, absolute con. Don't buy anything from them and they are not even contactable to rectify the wrong order. waste of time and money.
