The package & the enclosed CD case & CD itself arrived damaged/shatttered, despite the CD case also being inside a thin bubble wrap. I took photos of the damage & shared them with the seller & they kindly and immediately refunded me. The seller also took into consideration my recommendation for them to write "Do not crush, fragile" on the front & back of future envelopes they mail. In any case, the seller was responsible and professional so I will save them and buy from them in the future.
