Ordered a air hockey table as a present and received an item that had clearly been previously returned. The box had numerous holes in and was taped up over the majority of the box. Clearly couldn't give this as a present! Contacted the seller, and although response was quick, the customer service was awful. Once returned, had to chase for a refund.
