So UPS destroyed this Hydraulic valve notified shipper on 4-5-24 was told that it would take up to 24 hrs to process return called shipper back on 4-10-24 to check on replacement shipment was advised that the return had been approved and was told shipment was awaiting shipping. End of business on 4-10-24 no notice of shipment this is typical of this business as we waited for a month in march for refunds from ag express do not order from any of these companies if you are under a deadline!

We do see that you notified us on Friday 4/5. Thank you for that notice. Our offices are not open on the weekends for shipping and returns. I do see that a exchanged was placed on the 10th and everything was completed by the 12th. UPS destroyed the valve, we are not sure how this is reflect negatively on us. We remedied the situation. AG Express is not associated with us and we did meet your deadline on the original order.

Items arrived quickly. I expected a matched set of belts as described in the Tech specs portion of ad. Mine were not. Customer service politely sent out another set right away. Second set were more closely matched and could be used as intended.
Buyer be aware: The main title states "set of 2". This is what you are getting ( two belts of the same brand and part number). These are not 2 belts from the same machine and production run as a "matched set" would be.
