Seller was super responsive and stood behind her product. Seller shipped the item immediately after the order was entered and it arrived cross-country within a few days. Unfortunately, the product was mislabeled/falsely labeled by the Chinese supplier. Immediately (literally) after being notified of the problem, the seller apologized and issued a refund.
I feel sure this seller was non-technical and unaware that the product (a cat 6A ethernet cable) was not as specified on the package.
