    Useful but not essential

    I think it's definitely a useful resource to have and I have seen a correlation between the weeks of growth outlined in the book and the age of my baby. However, it is a bit repetitive and I think as long as you keep reacting positively to your baby's demands, you don't necessarily need the book. You just need to take some deep breaths and keep going!
