Exactly as described but I didn’t appreciate ‘out of sellers hands’ comment when I simply asked about expected delivery date (the item was late - seller just didn’t care enough to be proactive & update delivery details until after I simply asked). The item was late not due to seller but seller didn’t change date until after I asked & received a snippy comment. I did not feel that I was valued as a customer and would not do business with this seller again for that reason.

Buyer OPENED A CASE AND I WAS REQUIRED TO RESPOND - HER COMMENTS ""The item has not arrived. Can you please provide a status of when I can expect it. I paid you immediately and you have my money. Melissa Lamparski Esq" MY REPLY WITH FACTS. "I saw your message. you paid on the 7th and I mailed it on the 8th as tracking clearly shows. the tracking shows that it is delayed. Once USPS has it I cannot control how fast they move it. I will file a package request with USPS. Monday is a Federal holiday.
