Delivery time was reasonable, from Japan to the UK. Packaging was excellent. I used black turtle beans to make natto beans with this nattomotto. The result was superb. I only used one spoon of natto spores for 250 grams of beans. According to the instructions, included with the product, beans can be turned over with a spoon halfway through fermentation, which I previously didn't know. Doing this improved fermentation consistency. Thank you to the seller.
