Jacket was in excellent condition, better than expected. Seller was honest and did not oversell condition in original posting. Jacket was shipped ASAP and arrived as fast as I assume possible giving shipping method. The cost of shipping seemed high, but looking at other shipping costs from UK to USA, appears this is standard cost. Only negative, a down jacket needs to be shipped in a box, not a plastic stretch bag susceptible to puncture. Would buy from this seller in future. Thank you!.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, we are glad your item arrived safely. unfortunately, we did not have any control over the postage cost to the USA it was sent through eBay's global shipping program the items were processed in the normal way we send all our items if we had known it were going to the US we would've packaged it better.
