Customer service from Hughes has been excellent.
Delivery was really fast and the dryer arrived within 2 days.
However, it had been damaged in transit (no fault of the seller) with a dent at the back and some damage at the top. I contacted Hughes and they arranged for a courier to collect the dryer and replace it with in 2 working days. The damaged dryer was collected and a new one which isn’t damaged was delivered later the same day.
We cannot fault their customer service.
