Boots are generally good for the price. Arrived on time. The only criticism is the sizing. Although they have UK size 11 marked on them, they are noticeably small in both length and width compared to all of my husband's other boots of the same size. He only just got them on.

Awful! They sent the wrong sized boots (which were also fakes) and offered a £7 refund on a £60 purchase. Communion was not good, but several messages later they had increased the refund offer to £25. I asked eBay to step in, who contacted the seller, and was told they had accepted a return of the item and I would get a full refund. I sent the item back, but no refund came on time, so I contacted eBay again...they made a case out of it, which I won and eventually received my full refund.
