The booklet was generally in good condition considering its age, but the seller omitted a considerable detail; it had a stain on the lower right hand side of all the pages. The stain is not deep into the pages, it's mostly on the surface on the outer edge, but it's there and the seller should've reported this in the description. I can overlook this, as it's still a good book at a good price, and considering its age it's not so bad.
