I was initially hesitant to pull the trigger on the purchase because of the price but, I must admit, I am glad that I did. The mat came securely rolled with strap banding but once released it didn’t need to relax but lay flat immediately and it was incredibly easy to slide the machine back into place. The machine is definitely more stable and much quieter with the bonus of not having a dust-trap underneath which I was concerned about with the pedestal feet alternatives.
