The seller sent the item well packed. But its not the item announced. It was a smaller size of the one in pics and description (it was supossed to be 500 gr and I received a 200gr). The seller accepted the return. So that is good.
Bad thing is that the photos of the ad were taken from another seller in ebay. I think is not acceptable to stole pics of a similar product from other seller. Also the item was dispatched earlier than I requested.

This was a genuine mistake that I sent the smaller jar to what I advertised n upon this being brought to my attention I advise the buyer could have a partial refund or can put in return request which i accepted straight away. Regarding the pictures which I screenshot cos couldn't get the proper light where I am , n wanted a good lit picture to put in the listing for buyers to see properly.
