This is a lie, you ordered shade 314 and that's what you got so to say you have photo evidence is ridiculous, that photo is not your order. I blocked you because you you sent around 5 messages in a row, all basically saying the same thing. You ordered the wrong shade, opened and used it and waited 10 days to contact me to say anything. When I said it couldn't be returned if it had been opened, you then started to blame me for your error. You are a liar and have been reported to ebay.

    Good long shank lock. Rolls freely.

    This was chosen as I had an old dependable Masterlock that was still working well. Combination rolls easily. no lost keys & simple 4 digit combination. Master lock have been dependable & reliable. I’ve lost count of how many S....e locks have ‘seized up & died’ after a few months. False economy to buy other makes.

    sturdy and secure lock

    the lock is very good - one disappointment the weather protection cover at the base is missing - I checked the packing but was not in there - the packet was sealed and not damaged in transit - as my existing lock had failed falling apart -I had to put this one into use immediately - in a little sheltered position so may not get to much weather problems otherwise very pleased with the lock
