If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, only the cost of the item will be refunded unless the items are proven to be faulty .
If they are proven to be faulty it would take 2 – 5 working days to get the inspected and if found faulty we will reimburse the postage costs associated with returning.
