Quicker than I expected, the product was as described & gift wrapped perfectly it made my day �� the seller communicated the process, answered my queries within a few minutes of me contacting them, which was so helpful as this was a present and I needed it asap. When I was sent message messages they were incredibly rude, condescending and patronising, when the box finally arrived, it was damaged on the outside and had double sellotape as if it was open before. It s meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I have received further messages saying that have I have made fraudulent statements, which are totally untrue. You never made us aware of anything wrong with the package, you did however threaten us and say very inappropriate things. We tried our best to explain that your package was arriving on a certain date and it arrived indeed before said date. However you continued to make statements which we just kindly asked you to retract, as we were very polite and understanding throughout.
