We've served 1,000+ eBay customers, including four with the Same dining set in last 2 months without issue. The 30-day return policy applies to both eBay and the courier. Even with our out-of-hours support, we couldn’t meet these unreasonable demands. OTHER SELLERS GOOD LUCK. Kevin
