Malheureusement la qualité de l’objet n’était pas celle attendue, mais la réactivité et la communication avec le vendeur a été excellente. Retour géré rapidement, remboursement intégral etc. Ce genre de chose arrive (on peut se tromper) mais je salue et recommande vivement ce vendeur pour sa gentillesse, son sens du commerce et la qualité de ses services.
