I received my fockea, packed securely in a small box. I unwrapped the packaging, the little fockea looked sad. The cordex has strung, and was spongy and soft when I pressed on it. Because it dropped out of the pot, I decided to repot it. That was when l I saw a white spot (size of my thumb) on the cordex which looks like it’s rotting. This fockea is not healthy and it’s disappointing.

Hi,
All succulents tend to shrink slightly during the colder weather so as to conserve moisture, which is the case here....also it bleeds white liquid like rubber [ which is poisonous] and was on your thumb!
The plant had a large healthy root which pushes it out of the growing pot....nothing wrong here. It just needs to get used to its new abode, therefore surprised to receive a negative feedback! Please consider an appropriate feedback.
