Item arrived on time and in perfect working order. Would happily recommend this seller to anybody looking for a refurbished chair at a fair price. I will note that the cardboard box it came in was falling apart when it arrived but thankfully the chair was also wrapped in plastic and didn't suffer any damage. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

sorry about the box our main supplier of our usual box supplier where delayed so we had to buy stock boxes . Glad chair was ok

Poor service. Advertized as "New" but was used. Delivery failed to deliver on both days it claimed it would. I cancelled and told them to return it back.

when we got order we advised customer that there was a typo on the site. We shipped straight away via our courier company fedex who had a delay. ( Our courier but once they have product there is not alot we can do to make sure things happen to plan) as soon as you said before you got it that you did not want it we did refund straight away and managed to get fedex to return chair
