Recieved one pad instead of the full 5 pc set as can be see in photo. I launched a return request, and seller responded next day. After discussing, seller seemed to appreciate that this needs to sold as a set ( 4 pads and 1 lifting tool), and we agreed to a refund based on 4/5th of the price of the full (5pc) set being sold by other sellers on ebay. Seller seemed genuinely unaware of the problem with the listing, but swiftly resolved/settled the issue when it was explained. good seller
