Item didn’t arrived silly excuse, I waited almost 2 weeks and after another try to contact with seller was not response…

The item was purchased on the 14th of April and dispatched on the 17th. Which is not within 2 weeks as you have stated. You messaged on the 21st to which I replied to straight away. I have further enquired with Royal Mail as to where your package could be, to be told there is a back log which I communicated with yourself on the 26th. It is unfortunate that you have not received your package. I do feel that your feedback is unjust and untrue and a full refund was issued.
