I genuinely think that Metcalfe model buildings are the best on the market. The detail is fantastically good and they are so easy to make. Read description and nowhere did it say this was a flat pack and needed to be built Was expecting it to arrive as shown and advertised Can’t say what it’s like yet as haven’t had time to build it ....!!!!
