Good quality and value, easy to assemble and use. Good resistance on the flywheel with a wide range of variation to suit most people - I do quite a lot of road riding and the resistance and feel of the pedaling is comparable to that experienced on the road. I've modified my bike with road racing clipless pedals and a racing seat which were just a straightforward swap for the pedals and seat provided. The handlebar angle can also be adjusted to provide a riding position very similar to a road racing bike. I prefer this type of exercise bike i.e. one that allows you to ease off the pedals (freewheel), without having your feet dragged around on the pedals like fixed wheel spinning bikes do. The bike is as good as some I've used in commercial gyms and would recommend it to anyone, from people who only exercise occasionally, to serious road race users who want to maintain their fitness during the bad weather. In addition the bike is made by a UK company therefore advice and parts should be easy to obtain.Read full review

Needs to be plugged in all the time to retain the stored data. Easy to assemble as seems to be of a decent quality but time will tell.
