After going back and forth with the seller, the seller found a way to send me a return shipping label, and I got my refund. Which I am grateful. The only other issue is that I wish sellers will disclose that they also sell on Amazon. I complained to E-bay but it falls on deaf ears. I will not buy from Jeff Bezos he can ROT in H***
