Wenn während der Garantiefrist ein Defekt auftritt, müssen Sie DESGUACE ECO-PIEZAS S.L. benachrichtigen und das Garantieprodukt liefern, das dann bewertet wird. Es erfolgt entweder der Austausch des Teils oder die Rückerstattung des Betrags. Wenn das Teil nicht defekt ist, wird ein Gutschein im Wert des Teils ausgestellt, der gegen Lagerbestände eingetauscht werden kann.

Die Garantie deckt keine Arbeitskosten, Defekte oder Schäden, die durch das Versagen des Teils, unsachgemäßen Einbau oder das Nichtbefolgen der vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen Wartungsarbeiten verursacht wurden. Jedes Ersatzteil hat eine maximale Rückgabefrist von 7 Tagen, sofern es nicht manipuliert wurde und die Rechnung als Nachweis vorliegt; nach Ablauf dieser Frist werden keine Rücksendungen akzeptiert. Gemäß Art. 18 RD 782/98 zur Entwicklung des Gesetzes 11/97 über Verpackungen und Verpackungsabfälle.

Der Verantwortliche für die Entsorgung der gebrauchten Verpackung(en) zur ordnungsgemäßen Umweltbewirtschaftung ist der Endnutzer.
