Thank you for a beautiful lavender plant. It arrived on time, in excellent condition, healthy and with buds. Very good value for an established plant. I have seen one negative review on your site, and would recommend people ignore this. The seller clearly cares about selling plants in a good and healthy condition at reasonable prices, and packed as well as possible. Also very fast and helpful communications. Would definitely buy again from this seller.

Strong healthy plants but they were NOT the plants shown in the listing photos. The plants were reasonably packed and were delivered within 48 hours of placing the order. The seller provided excellent planting information/advice and I look forward to seeing them in bloom throughout the summer.

The fuschia plant I ordered arrived in a bad state. Broken branches, damaged leaves and not packaged properly so it had completely dried out. It looked nothing like the picture on the advert. The seller tried to say the damage was purely down to lack of water, which is untrue. It looks diseased. I was offered a partial refund which I was grateful for. As an experienced gardener i will try to save the plant but the jury's out on whether I will be successful or not.

The plant was perfectly healthy when it was collected by Royal Mail and was delivered to Truro in Cornwall on the following Wednesday by Royal Mail it hot weather. I gave the customer a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I just needed submerging in water for a couple of hours as instructed in the parcel. No experience is needed to water a plant.
