Verified purchase
Seller was unhappy after I’d paid for the Cue that he had fees to pay?. Had a little moan. Cue arrived butchered with modifications, none of them described, none visible in out of focus photos. A brass joint had been installed, brass sticking through the wood. Wood from shaft missing, wood left was thin and fragile. Scrap, botched Cue. I reached out to seller, nothing, no response. I arranged return, again no response, nothing, just blanked me, no apology, no excuses, nothing.

Now, after the fact, Seller has now communicated, unfortunately he is now slightly abusive. Apparently I'm pathetic for leaving him feedback. He's texted me to let me know this and against ebay policies has left his buyer a negative comment with a positive transaction rating. It's clear this seller isn't the best judge of what's right and wrong, and I would highly recommend using caution. Seller has now been reported.
