Broken branches, damaged leaves and not packaged properly so it had completely dried out. It looked nothing like the picture on the advert. The seller tried to say the damage was purely down to lack of water, which is untrue. It looks diseased. I was offered a partial refund which I was grateful for. I gave the customer a refund as a gesture of goodwill. I just needed submerging in water for a couple of hours as instructed in the parcel. No experience is needed to water a plant.
