55W version dims down considerably after only light usage
I bought a couple of Kosnic 55W warm white 2700K 2D lamps some time ago, and they have not performed well. After only very light usage (a few dozen hours at most), they have dimmed down considerably, and are now barely any brighter than the 28W version. I think the problem is the very high loading of the phosphors in the 55W lamp - almost twice that of the 28W version, as the lamps are the same size. Presumably, the phosphors they have used are not up to the job, and have therefore begun to fade after only light usage - when switched off, you can even see the tube beginning to blacken.
