Beautiful linen press - absolutely delighted!! Excellent seller, great communication, accurate description and photos. The linen press was well insulated for transport, the courier was great…all in all, an outstanding service from the seller and I would highly recommend them

There was an issue with the description which was disappointing, however I believe it was a genuine oversight and the seller did everything they could to put the situation right, and did so. The seller is new to Ebay and so I guess it was a part of the familiarising process. The issue was fully resolved, and happy with outcome.

This seller, explained the situation fully after they had had time to review the matter fully. They are new to Ebay, and it seems they had made a genuine mistake. An oversight. I REGRET LEAVING THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND WOULD CHANGE IT IF I COULD. Since the seller has made every effort to make this situation right and has taken time to look at the listing process and to learn the ropes so to speak. I have every confidence that they will become a valued member of the community.
