    I am pleased with the item I received, which appears as described and the customer services representative was very helpful. Unfortunately parcelforce, who delivered the item, did not do so until 6th August, almost a week after their advertised delivery of 31 July/1 August. This was not the fault of the seller but parcelforce let both seller and buyer (me) down on this occasion, with a delayed delivery and no new date for delivery advertised on tracking.
