Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.

All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.

Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.

If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

I did put it in a box and they did send the returns label through the post as they didn’t want it done through eBay’s returns service.     Outstanding Function & Quality

    Having looked at a few similar models (some cheaper and some more expensive) I finally settled on this one. I am so happy I did, it is extremely poweful with a fantastic heat output. The build quality is equally as pleasing, this is not the type of fan heater that will break down after a few uses - like some I have had in the past. The settings are simple and I love the industrial chic look of the heater. 100% happy customer.

    A solid unit but potentially capable of much better things.

    I am not suggesting all the models are like this, but the one I had looked solid and I was hoping it would heat my garage. Unfortunately, the heat generated was less than a hair dryer and less than a £ 10.00 2kw heater purchased from LIDL. The thermostat was probably faulty as on full, after an hour or so, if you clicked it back, the thermostat was no clicking (kicking in) at a much less temperature so it was not going to reach 3kw max temp no matter how long it was left on for. I therefore returned it.

    May not meet heat 'Comfort' expectation due to small surface area of tubular heater.

    It's very well made - metal casing and screwed not rivetted. The fan is quiet and of solid construction. It looks like it could run for a long time without trouble. The downside I can see for many complaining about its heat output, is it uses a conventional tubular cooker type element. Yes, it will draw and put out 3KW of heat, but the airflow is high and it will take time to feel warm in a room. The tubular heating element needs to have a much greater surface area, matched to a reduced air flow and higher surface temperature on the element. I bought mine to gut and re-engineer into an electrostatic dust collector. I will be removing the heater and thermostat because only need the metal casing, fan, safety grills and switches. I give it 4*s because it's just what I want to re-engineer as ...

    looks the part

    I was most disappointed with this product which I bought to use on a job, as a decorator I thought it would be ideal to use after I had sprayed the roof of a 20ft container in side to help dry it imagine my embarrassment when after turning it on closing the doors leaving it to run for an hour at full power it made little difference and I could put my bare hand on the front the front grill gives out very little heat . made me look a right **** in front of my client

    not that hot

    good neat well made heater but the heat out put is not great, it does work but the heat area that is stated should be halved we are a bit disappointed would need 2 of these at least.
