Item arrived in good condition as pictured. Wool is really thick and comfy.
Takes a while to arrive but still arrived within the window. Given limited communication I was a bit worried the item wouldn’t arrive but was very happy when it did. Some more updates on order status would improve confidence.

The rug is exactly as pictured in the photo. It's clean, soft, no weird smells. I love how it looks in my living room. I was so nervous about ordering from such a long distance, and even reached out to the company to inquire about the delivery date. Mukesh's responses were timely and responsive through the estimated date of delivery. I appreciated that. The item arrived well wrapped, at least 3 layers, if I recall correctly. All went well. No complaints here.
