Seeds didn’t arrive, but MY fault. I had searched up to check of naranjilla/lulo (also known as Solanum quitoense) was invasive in the US and it was deemed not (at least in my state). I didn’t think I needed a phyto-sanitary certificate because of that then, but it was taken anyways by the post office. (I knew there was a risk it would be, but didn’t realize I needed the certificate.) My fault. Seller did great customer service as they answered my questions.

Completely unjustified negative comment. His goods were seized by US Postal office and in my additional notes is stated that I am not responsible if this happens. Buyer should take care about what is prohibited in his country not me. Regarding the alleged lack of documentation for the seeds, the buyer did not order a sanitary certificate for the seeds, which must be paid separately. His omission again Regardless of all of his omissions, the buyer was fully compensated.
