I had searched up to check of naranjilla/lulo (also known as Solanum quitoense) was invasive in the US and it was deemed not (at least in my state). I didn’t think I needed a phyto-sanitary certificate because of that then, but it was taken anyways by the post office. (I knew there was a risk it would be, but didn’t realize I needed the certificate.) My fault.
