Wrong Walnut slab sent. A thinner one. Genuine mistake? Who knows. I asked to swap slabs. Seller agreed, but did they have my slab? And a valid return label? ...No reply, till seller sent an offer - the wrong slab for £42.24 more. I declined :-) Asked Ebay to step in. Seller then arranged a collection, on an unchangeable day, so I had to change my plans. Seller suggested I close the case, for an early refund. Oddly, I didn't :-) Slab returned. Ebay refunded me.

I’ve purchased a lot of slabs from East Anglia Hardwoods and the vast majority were great. The last one I purchased was slightly more warped than I could make out from the pictures.
I tried to contact the seller (Chris) a few times to arrange return or swap but I didn’t get a reply.
I still gave this a positive review as the slabs are great value for money even if the seller is available.
My recommendation is to study the description and pictures of the slab’s extremely carefully before buying.
