    Not compatible with Mercedes A Class W169 2005, not working

    It doesn't work, and it's not even for Mercedes W169 2005 (as written in the specs)

    One simple solution

    The Mercedes wiring loom is a nightmare to wire for aftermarket stereos and done incorrectly can cause all sorts of problems such as battery discharging overnight. I had this problem and after reading about how it needs doing etc, I came across this wiring loom which just makes the whole process plug and play. If you are not a auto electrician then get one of these as you wont regret it. This takes care of all the wiring requirements and you do not need to tap into a switched power source like the cheaper looms. I also used a cable tie to join the main connector block, not really needed but gives peace of mind that it wont loosen.
