Contacted seller offering to return unopened item for refund or exchange for bigger size if they sell it & I’d pay return postage & any extra cost of larger size. Seller was not keen to do return due to return postage cost- I didn’t understand why as I already made clear I would be paying it. After I requested a return via ebay & posted item back, seller messaged to offer me £3 refund & keep item.
