This customer purchased their item from me on Thursday and I shipped out Monday. The package was unfortunately delayed and I have no control over that. This customer complained and demanded a refunded, which I refused because I am not at fault, and left a bad review because their “package took forever and they needed it for a project that already passed”… It took a week to get to them!! MONDAY TO MONDAY And they never mentioned they needed it asap
